Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

We only ship to Australian addresses.

Do you ship to PO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed and dispatched.

Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order to order through our website.

Do you ship frozen items?

Unfortunately we cannot ship frozen items.

Is free shipping available?

There is a fee for all orders placed on our website and is based on the weight of your order.

Free pick-up in store for your order is available at checkout to pick-up at our Hallam warehouse.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post where you can track your order.

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

You cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you need to change details of the order (e.g. name, address) or would like to cancel the order, please email us at within 24 hours and we will rectify this for you. After 24 hours, we can no longer change or cancel any order.
